With the meteoric rise of Instagram, presentation of food has become in some cases more important than the taste. Beta Board preserves the presentation of the meal – “I want customers of my clients to Instagram and tag their home-delivered meals because they look so good. I want to redefine the experience of eating at home or in the office.”
Deliveroo customers will also be given an exclusive discount if they wish to use their logo or brand on the Beta Board packaging. This will allow restaurants greater brand exposure and reach. Joel believes packaging is an under-rated element of marketing “I like to look at bland packaging as wasted potential– creative branding of your packaging will bring your meals to life – who said home-delivered containers had to be boring?!”
